RE: IDS-7.30 and Linux RedHat 6.0

Sorry. Which message are you actually replying to ?? Every now and again you crawl out from under your stone and start sending emails out. Free Copy For Linux is all well and good, but it is useless to someone using AIX or any other flavour of UNIX. By they way it looks as if everyone is offering a free copy of something or other for Linux. The fact that Querix for Linux is also free is not something to particularly brag about. The words 'bandwagon' and 'jumping on' come to mind. It really does look as if you are randomly sending out emails to anyone who has a problem with Informix. Querix may or may not solve the problem, but if you really cared about the users, you wouldn't keep putting Querix forwards as a means to solving their problems. Try looking at what they are trying to achieve. You keep giving people the impression that you used to be an Estate Agent. (Hell maybe you still are) Are you that desperate to flog a few licences ?? Are you trying to meet your on-target earnings figure. ?? -----Original Message----- From: Mehdi Afshar [mailto:info@querix.com] Sent: Monday, October 04, 1999 11:09 AM To: informix-list@iiug.org Subject: Re: IDS-7.30 and Linux RedHat 6.0 Your Alternative solution would be a FREE copy of QueriX 4GL Compiler for LINUX.
