[Help!]Informix Server 7.31 no response?!

Dear sir Our Informix 7.31 TC2 server has some troubles recently, it work properly about 4 or 5 hours and then it reject any request! but the users who already in the server will still work properly, why? It never happen until recently! I can't found any error messages from onstat -m or NT message log, it just reject any request include any informix commands like onmode, ontape , dbaccess....! We do need you help! P.S. from onstat -m information, it stopped record any message until I reboot the server!
