Crash of the system

Hello I'm trying to use IDSUD 9.14 TC8 under Windows NT SP 5. I have: 2 CPU 512 Mb RAM 2 HD 4 Gb MIRRORING for application (informix) 3 HD 18 Gb RAID 0 for data This system is used to calculate data for statistic analysis. When the system is computing data I receive the following message in the log: "IoCompletionVector FULL for vp number 1" and the activity is suspended. I tried to search this message in documentation, without success. Previously I tried to use IDS 7.31 TC5 in the same platform, but system crashes frequently.
