New verion of myschema in utils2_ak dated 4/12/2000

I posted a new version of utils2_ak yesterday which fixes four or five bugs (depends on how you look at it, if you look at it cockeyed...). Some of the bugs are SE specific and the others affect only some schemas. Notable: o Check constraints over 32 characters long were generated incorrectly. o Unique constraints contained column names from another table (oops). o If more than one constraint used the same index (ie had the same key list) which was itself a hidden (implicitely generated) index myschema would create two or more explicit indexes with different names but the same key list. These and others are fixed in this release. Also this release of utils2_ak contains versions of myschema and dostats.ec that use a pager to paginate their growing usage displays. The pager used is controlled by the common environment variable PAGER. Art S. Kagel
Hi Art, are there any new features ? It doesn't create the 'CREATE INDEX' statements on SE anymore !!!!! The January-version does. A new commandline parameter ? It's not a new feature, isn't it ? AAARRRGGGHHH! I must get an SE installation for regression testing in that environment! OK SE is broken in this version and I'll likely upload a fix next week. Art S. The fix has been uploaded and Walt has installed it so you can download it from the IIUG. Any other problems let me know. Art S. Kagel > Dirk > > "Art S.
