Could somebody out there confirm that it's ok to create temporary
dbspaces referenced within the DBSPACETEMP section of $ONCONFIG if the
system is utilising raw disk. I seem to recall recently seeing a
comment that DBSPACETEMP only applied to cooked disk but am finding
this hard to believe.
