Also, the answer is perhaps going to be quite complex, so you would be beter off speaking to a specialist Informix Business Partner. For example why is the word "Enterprise" in your original question? Do you mean you want to use Enterprise replication (ER)? Also, the licensing rules for virtual machines is not always straightforward.
