Problems with blobs in reports

I have seen an example program in Informix's web to insert a logo in the page header of a report but It doesn't work. I need a library named <fglrep.h>. Could anyone tell me I can obtain it or if you have send to my e-mail address janyo@retemail.es. Thank you.
