"Network user authorization table"?

The docs say, simple - use RAISE EXCEPTION errNum, isamNum, errText Fine. So I place the statement in my code: RAISE EXCEPTION -900, 0, "Error!" when an error occurs. Informix returns: [Informix][OnLine Workgroup Server][auragen]SQL Error(-900): User not found in network user authorization table The error number is right, but the text is mysterious. I've searched through all available documentation for the "network user authorization table," but can't find any mention of it. What is it, and what do I need to do with it to make this error go away?
