I believe that this condition means that your thread is waiting
for the program to submit an sql statement.
In other words, if I log into dbaccess and connect to the database
via shared memory this is the condition my thread is waiting on.
When I am not waiting on submitted SQL
When I am executing an sql, this sm_read wait condition goes away, though
sometimes it is replaced by new and more interesting wait conditions :)
