Latest ODBC driver & My Eureka!

I have downloaded the latest ODBC driver from Intraware and installed it on my laptop. Via 'dbping' it all works fine including the ODBC tab. However My Eureka! (v6.1.310) does *not* like it. I get a message that it is 'unable to load the transaction DLL'. However it does not give the name of the DLL it can't find! If anyone has any clues I would be most grateful. TIA -- Surfer!
