Re: FW: OOP in Informix
All The increase in what some of us are defining as "stupid" questions is probably good news for Informix the company and the people who use and specialize in this database. Most of these questions are really newbie questions from people who have just been introduced to the database and have not had a chance to read the manuals yet. This could also mean IMHO that Informix is gaining in popularity with individuals and corporates and that Informix's marketing efforts, such as they are, are finally paying off. This is also good news for those of us who are looking for jobs or who would be looking for jobs in future, since there would presumably be a larger pool of companies to choose from. If it's a real concern I'd suggest you configure rules on your CDI feed and delete the questions that you consider to be stupid Paul Watson WF Software Ltd Tel +44 1436 674729 Fax +44 1436 678729 www.wfsoftware.co.uk >>> <ksridhar@Estee.com> 06/02/99 08:31pm >>> IS there a way to set up a SPAM filter to weed out stupid questions?
