Frank Langelage reported the Innovator-C Solaris SPARC 12.10.FC5 download file was missing six weeks after contacting IBM support. Wolfgang Eppler noted IBM's page lists only Linux, Windows and Mac and he had reported the stale download listings internally. Frank later said an IBM colleague confirmed the file was there and installed it. Wolfgang added AIX downloads work now. Solved.

Hi,
About 6 weeks have passed after contacting IBM support, complaning the
missing of iif.12.10.FC5IE.SOL-10.tar on the download server.
But nothing happened. The file still is not there.
Good support is something different.
Regards, Frank

Hi Frank,
not what you want to hear, but it should clarify things:
"The Innovator-C Edition is available on Linux, Windows and Mac platforms..."
http://www-03.ibm.com/software/products/en/infoinnoedit
Basically, the problem is that other platforms are still listed for download.
I had reported this internally some weeks ago, but it hasn't been corrected
yet.
Hi Wolfgang,
this statement ist no longer true. It was true many months ago, I think
when Informix 12 was released.
But some time later this restriction was skipped although the statement
on the web page ist still the same.
From one of your US colleagues I got a mail today, that the file is
there now, CC was sent to Jerry Keesee.
I downloaded and installed it successfully now just waiting now that
running job finish and I can bounce and restart the instance.
Regards, Frank

Thanks for the update. This is interesting, as I had been told about this
limited availability just some weeks ago by Informix release management.
Anyway, I'm glad about the way things turned out.
In the meantime the download works for Aix as well, which is the platform
another customer reported the download file would be missing for. So I can
pass on some unexpected good news...
