I'm not POSITIVE, but I don't think the problem is in your code. Rather, if I remember correctly, the 3.3 Informix ODBC driver isn't very robust. I don't know what driver to recommend, but you would need one that handles multiple concurrent connections. I don't think that one does. I could be wrong, however.
