Upgrade

We are looking to move to AIX 4.3.3 and we have two upgrade options for our Informix. They are: 7.31.UC5 9.2.UC3 Iam looking for opinions on which way to go. I do NOT need the extended functionailty of ver 9, so that is not an issue. Thanks for your time. Chris
