How about an accounts package that could tell the difference
between quantity and value, and hand problems with currency conversions
so instead of instead of selling 10 boxees at 64000 lira it posted
64000 boxes at 10UKP and sent the invoice off:-))))

Once worked for a customer where I announced who I was, was shown
upstairs and was left ALONE for 20 MINUTES in front of a terminal
which
a) was logged in as root
b) contained software which was used to raise invoices to pay
suppliers!...Once the users got the live and test systems mixed up
and paid Tesco's 10,000 pounds and Eurodisney some money as well.
i.e. no checks on the invoices produced by the software!
I could have paid myself 10,000 pounds and walked out!
L^Husers!
