You may or may not have any windows displayed at the time but, NewEra gets all of its information from the Motif event queue. To the best of my knowledge, NE 2.0 was released last week. NewEra partitioning is being released on Solaris now with AIX & HP/UX to follow shortly. I have no word on other ports.
