Tech Notes call for papers
Posted in 1995
Tech Notes, the technical quarterly of Informix Customer Services, invites you to join the ranks of published Tech Notes authors! In addition to the printed version, Tech Notes is also available on the World Wide Web and CD-ROM. We are soliciting articles featuring solutions based on applications or technology from Informix and strategic partners. The following topics will be the general focus of future issues; however, Tech Notes continues to print a wide variety of articles in each issue: * Q4 '95 issue: The World Wide Web (e.g., integration of EDI applications with the Web, delivery of customer service via the Web, etc.). * Q1 '96 issue: Document Management Systems (e.g., imaging, mass storage/retrieval, workflow management, multimedia, OCR issues, optical storage, etc.). * Q2 '96 issue: Innovative, Leading-Edge Applications. We are always interested in articles regarding currently available products, such as INFORMIX-NewEra, INFORMIX-OnLine Dynamic Server, etc. If you would like to contribute, please submit a one-page abstract of your article to Angela Sanchez, Tech Notes editor, via email (alias: angelas@informix.com) or by FAX (415 926 6626). Include in your abstract a general description of your intended article, and the relevant Informix product(s) or technology/partner.
