Normally it would be $INFORMIXDIR/lib/sqlturbo. If it points to the wrong place then you will get this error. Also check you are not running out of memory on the machine. Look for messages in /var/amd/messages. Possibly you are hitting a UNIX kernel limit NPROCS or NREGIONS. -- David Williams
