How about on an SCO SVr3.2 or Interactive SVr3.2? The particular reason I am asking is that I want to buy a SVr4 Unix, but want to be able to distribute my compiled code to other 386 Unix systems running other versions of SVr4 or SVr3.2. I called Informix, and they said, "No, it has to be recompiled on the host version", but I called another developer, and they said yes. * * * In a related question, will the Informix products written for AT&T SVr4 Unix run properly on other SVr4 Unix'es. Informix says it isn't supported, but the person I talked to says he has customers that have tried it and haven't called back with any problems. -- Bruce Momjian | 830 Blythe Avenue | home: (215)853-3000 root%candle.uucp@ls.com | Drexel Hill, Pennsylvania 19026 | work: (215)353-9879
