Shared memmory initialization

Hi, I am using Informix dynamic serrver version 7.31 on solaris 2.6. When I am trying to reinitialize my shared memmory using oninit command, my system gives an error indicating fatal error in shared memory initialization. The online.log gives the following message: 21:17:54 Event alarms enabled. ALARMPROG = '/opt/resolve/thirdparty/informix/e tc/log_full.sh' 21:17:59 DR: DRAUTO is 0 (Off) 21:17:59 Informix Dynamic Server Version 7.31.UC3 21:17:59 I/O bad request chunk 1, pagenum 42079, pagecnt 1 21:17:59 Informix Dynamic Server Stopped. 21:17:59 mt_shm_remove: WARNING: may not have removed all/correctsegments I verified my etc/system for the set parameters, everything seems to be fine. Any pointers to solve this will be appreciated. Thanks in advance. Manoj N
