Which is exactly wrong. The 4.00 doc has this wrong, for some reason.
The filename can *not* have quotes around it. Duhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh...
Try:
FILE table1.new DELIMITER "|" 4 ;
insert into table1 ;
I hate utilities with an attitude...
