As Neil said - worrying. One possibility is that the upgrade didn't
complete properly. What does the online log file say?

The log's gone now as I cleared it, but basically:
Converting foo.
Finished converting foo.
Converting bar.
Finished converting bar.
Converting somethingelse
And it never said finished.
But I'm not too sure that's the problem as the error is occuring in a
database that I *know* finished converting.
