Informix ODBC Error

Hi, I need to pull out data from an informix database for a project in MSAccess. For the ODBC driver I downloaded the entire client SDK for informix from the site www.informix.com. Though I installed all the components properly I'm getting two error messages while trying to add a user DSN for INFORMIX 9 ODBC driver. The first one is from "ODBC Administrator" and it says "The setup routines for the intersolv 3.11 32 bit Informix 9 ODBC driver could not be loaded due to system error code 1157" The second message heading is "Driver's config DSN, config driver or config transilator failed" and the message says "could not load the setup or the transilator library". Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm new to Informix and so any other info regarding it would also be very helpful. Thanks in advance. Sent via Deja.com http://www.deja.com/ Before you buy.

1.Uninstall all informix installation, including from registry, and boot. 2. Install the Informix cli, use custom, make sure U choose the odbc 3.x manager. 3. Set the setnet32 U make 3 Checks (for tcpip): *Ping the server. *check connection with the Ilogin demo * Set the ODBC driver I recommend on 2.30 client ver.
