Depends on what you mean by a "warm restore in other dbserver." If you mean: - Level 0 backup of rootdbs and other critical dbspaces from server1 - Level 0 backup of dbspace2 (non-critical) from server1 - Cold restore of level 0 backup of rootdbs and critical dbspaces from server1 onto server2 - Bring server2 on-line - Warm restore of level 0 backup of dbspace2 from server1 onto server2 Then YES, you can do it, assuming that either - Both level 0 backups are from the same backup (same time) or - Logical recovery of server1 is done after the cold restore and after the warm restore. If, on the other hand, you mean: - Server1 running - Server2 running - Level 0 backup of dbspace2 on server1 - Warm restore level 0 backup of dbspace2 on server2 Then NO, you can't do it.
