It's just that SOME customers can make it less compulsory than others. ;-) I think they should give the product away for free, but just sell an annual licence key which must be entered before the product works. :-) This would make everything a lot simpler. You could download your products from the internet and just order a key. Every year when you enter a new key, you could have the option of downloading the latest upgrade. The type of key you buy could then determine the functionality of your product. ...."I'd like 100 user IDS key please, oh and throw in a 10 user UDO key as well, thanks." ....Yeah!
