Errrrm, are you sure the total memory is correct. 128Mb seems pretty small. Once the O/S, Informix and any other apps are loaded, your shared memory segments aren't gonna have much room, and are probably paging. I would suggest increasing the RAM to 512Mb or 1Gb, and trying again.
