Are you sure you're a DBA? Looks like your going to sabotage your
company by running a cron job using dbaccess.
Anyway, another way is to put the following commands in a shell script
to achieve whatever your goal is:
onmode -uy
onmode -m
dbaccess - <<EOT! drop database db-nameEOT
