Ive got two systems that get used for manufacturing support on a 24hr/day basis and I rarely have to do anything to the engines (as opposed to the application :-) This is based on a couple years of experience. For example, I think both systems have been up for about 2.5 months straight at this point, with no problems at all. I would agree that you dont want to try to set up OnLine just by opening the box and pulling out the manuals and going for it. I spent some time looking at the books and found them to be pretty opaque. I went to the OnLine administrators course and found it to be a very big help.
