Online Table Extents 2

I believe it maybe because you misunderstand what you are specifying in the
first
extend/next extent sizes. The sizes you specify are in Kilobytes and NOT
informix
pages. See the create table syntax in SQL Reference Manual.
If you look in your onconfig file, you will find a line that specifies the
BUFFSIZE, the
size of an informix page. I bet you will find this is 2k (2048 bytes).
oncheck reports the
extent sizes, as you have noticed, as a number of INFORMIX PAGEs, so
60/2 = 30 pages.
