IDS 7.31 TD4 on Windows 2003 Server

Hi We are running IDS on Windows NT 4 and are looking to port to Windows 2003 Server. We have managed to get the database up and running and replicating with the NT server but the "Informix Dynamic Server Message Service" is not running on the 2003 box. When we start the service it says it has started and then stops instantly. Hi We are using ER rather than HDR. The event viewer just says it sent a successful START.
