Tablespace/dbSpace Blob Question
Hi All, IDS 11.50.FC5 O/S AIX 5.3 I need to find out the max blob size in a 100+ million row table containing tablespace text column.Does anyone out there have a way to get this info? To clarify, I need the max blob size I actually have, not the possible max. TIA, Dan
select first 10 length( blob_column_name ) from table order by 1 desc;
This will scan all the home rows (not reading the blob column)
and return the length of the largest 10 blobs.
