OLTP - 50 MIllion/ hour?

I am looking for info regarding OLTP installations that are currently handling 50 million+ hits per hour. Size of each data for each transaction is around 240 bytes. Can Informix handle this? Is anyone doing this kind of volume on Informix? SG
