The main problem is two tables containing CLOBS. How can I output data from Oracle in a format that can be read by an Informix tool such as DBLOAD or HPL. Please note that I am fairly experienced with Informix

Hello Peter, Try WinSQL Professional at http://www.indus-soft.com/winsql. This program can transfer data from one DB to another including BLOBs. Imran.
