I tried really hard to like NewEra, and failed. I far prefer Delphi, although I wish I could "application partition" it to a Unix box. Delphi 3 has some way cool 3-tier/automatic failover recovery/extremely lite installation requirements/web connectivity/ActiveX ability/yada yada yada. It's also a real OO language (I'm not trying to imply that NE isn't). A big question is: Does NE have a future? ------------------------------------,------------------------------------------ Kerry Sainsbury, kerry@kcbbs.gen.nz | THE INFORMIX FAQ v2.10 May 1997 Quanta Systems, Auckland | http://www.iiug.org/techinfo/faq/ New Zealand.
