Re: Q: main features 5.0 vs. 4.0

Ingo, Conversion from 4.0 to 5.0 is on our minds too. I have been told that the updates to server products are simple re-installs. (ie No need for unload/load). Informix also reccomends that we update our client products from 4.00 to 4.10. We are a SCO shop & hence we are planning the update with Odt 2.1 (yes 2.1) which is expected to be available sometimes in June'93. Only :-( so far has been to find out that Wingz 1.1 is NOT going to be ported to Odt 2.1. We therefore are on a look out for another client-software while continuing to evaluate Wingz2.0 for our needs. Please keep me posted. Thanks in advance. ======================================================================== Bharat Shah Voice: (508)-663-7570 Unifi Communications Corp.
