Assuming you meant LRU_MAX_DIRTY and LRU_MIN_DIRTY (and they didn't change the
names of the params when I wasn't watching), lower those two. Possibly 10 and
5, or 5 and 3, or ...
With your current config, LRU writes won't kick in until ~12000 buffers are
dirty, so at checkpoint time, you could have 12000 dirty buffers to write out.
The lower your LRU_MAX/MIN_DIRTY are, the less buffers you will have to write
out at checkpoint time.
