If you stay with NUMCPUVPS set to 2, set AFF_SPROC to 16.
As long as you don't configure more NUMCPUVPS than physical CPUs, set
AFF_NPROCS to the same value as NUMCPUVPS.
With NUMCPUVPS 3 you would set AFF_SPROC to 2.
CPU 0 should be the last you use to bind processes to.
