Check : * The sqlhosts file in the servers and in the NT box (rephosts). * The variables SR_AGT_CONF_DIR and SR_AGT_MGR_DIR must be set to the snmp daemon directory(in DEC /usr/sbin) * the snmp daemon is running (started as root) * the cdragt daemon is running (started as informix) with all the informix varibles set. * Are you able to connect to Informix from the NT box? (services and hosts ok) I had this problem once because of the variable INFORMIXSQLHOSTS. I do not set it anymore. I am trying to configure the replication process using the replication manager from Windows NT. First it asks for the rephosts file which I believe is the same as sqlhosts file(with the group entry). Once I select the server, the message "The initialization of CDR on the server failed" what could be the problem and also when I configure a new replicate I cannot see any servers in the list box.
