Informix 2.10.00A Y2K Problem

I have a client running a legacy application on SCO Xenix 2.3.2 and Informix ISQL 2.10.00A and we are just now reviewing the Y2K problems with this installation. I have loaded the SCO Y2K SLS for Xenix and tested it at the operating system level: Set the system date to 2/29/2000, 12/31/1999 @ 11:55 pm, etc and verified that the hardware and Xenix is capable of passing 1/1/2000 without problems. When I tested sample perform screens and ACE queries, I found that 2.10.00A does not consider 2000 as a Leap-Year: When I set the system date to 7/7/2000 and then use the INSERT INTO (order_date) VALUES (today) on a table, the resulting date is 7/8/2000, indicating that Informix missed 2/29/2000 and considered it as 3/1/2000.
