If you dont backup logs you can never restore anything other than the full instance. Any other situation would make the dbspace inconsistent with the informix in rootdbs and the SMI tables. But, if I didnt have logical logs backup tapes (I only store level 0 tapes), I couldnt restore only a particular dbspace. Another way?
