Informix SE: error -1339

Hello everyone We are programming with Informix-4GL (RDS 4.00, SE 5.08) under SCO Open Server 5.0.4. From time to time we have the -1339 Global variable name cannot be found in the descriptor table. We fixed it recompiling a suspicious module and it works. (1) What are the causes of this error? (2) We are having a memory fault: core dumped Possible causes? - Application program logic error? - Informix error?
