Apology accepted, but please try to reconfigure Outlook to post text rather
than HTML/MIME.

Doesn't say much beyond: "Server fall down, go boom!"
Seriously, does the af file (/tmp/af.a28217) say more? Usually there is a
stack trace there. Also what platform and IDS version is this? I see you
have a shared memory dump file, call tech support (you do have support,
right?) and find out what onstat output they want from the memory dump file.
Chances are if you send them the af file and onstat output taken from the
shared memory dump they will recognize the bug and give you a workaround or
tell you what version to upgrade to in order to get the fix.
