Does anyone knows how to make Informix 7.22 OWS work with international chars ? I have a NT40 with portuguese (standard) instaled but I can't make the Informix OWS accept portuguese chars ! I've tried several configuration options without results... Thanks for all the help that you can give... Rui Gil

If this is present then Try to set CLIENT_LOCALE to 'pt_pt.1252' or 'pt_pt.819' and recreate your database (e.g. dbexport/dbimport) else You may get newer GLS-Files by installing the newest CLient-SDK (downloadable from IntraWare), or try to get them from Technical Support. If you install a newer Client-Version, be aware of the installation schedule for pre-7.30-versions! hth martin
