Informix and Nortel Open IVR

Hi there, The application is Open IVR (Interactive Voice Response) system from Nortel. It resides on a SCO Open Server box. Currently the application is using an Oracle database. My project is to make the application to use an Informix (IDS Online 7.23) database on a HP box (the contains of the Informix database is similar to that of Oracle) I wrote a little esql/c program to query the Informix database from the SCO box. I didn't have any problem with that. I created a small test program in the IVR application (in the SCO box) to query the Informix database and got an error message from that application saying that it failed to authorize the given login id and password (the application didn't catch the Informix's error number). I am sure the login id and password are correct because I used it to test my esql/c program. I checked the IVR documentation and it stated that it support Informix SE 7.x. Does it meant I need to have an Informix SE server? Is there any workaround? Thanks in advance for your help Tung Nguyen
