Every once in a while I will want to know what the schema of
our database is and will do a dbschema command. Anyway, I've
never had any problems. We recently upgraded from 2.10 to 4.0,
but I never had any problems with either version. What I do is
/usr/informix/bin/dbschema -t all -d database_nme
You might try using the full path name to be sure
you're picking up the right "dbschema". Also, have you
made sure that you have your DBPATH variable set-up correctly?
DBPATH should have the path of where your database files exist.
I would then check that the $INFORMIXDIR variable is set-up,
this would be the path to your dbschema executable.
Hope this helps...
