With much trepidation and fear I announce WDBA available over at my website. WebTop DBA is an add-on to Informix Server Administrator. WebTop DBA is FREE. As a long-time believer in open source ( not open sores ) WDBA is free. In fact I think I was offering open source tools before open source was a term. Anyway... WebTop DBA is a prototype. After a year of diddling with it, and playing and tweaking it, and attempting to document it, it's now available for you DBAs and others who want a web-browser-based reporting tool to use with Informix engines. I wasn't too happy with a lot of ISA's features, but there are benefits to ISA, especially being able to add on to it. WebTop DBA is not a panacea or perfect, but you might like some of its features, and maybe it'll inspire you to make something like it only better. Enjoy! 8-) Tim -- . .- .-- .--- .---- Tim Schaefer .----- tschaefe@bellsouth.net .---- http://www.inxutil.com .--- .-- .- .
