ISA problem

This is a multi-part message in MIME format. --------------809C56735D1EA1E038687CFD Content-Type: text/plain; charset=iso-8859-1 Content-Transfer-Encoding: 8bit Hi: I just installed ISA (version 1.20) but I'm not sure if it's rightfully installed or if I need to do any further configuration. Once I click into Use ISA, I get a list of the available servers (I already modified the file clicking on "Configure"), it appears as if they were all Off-line, which is not ttrue. Furthermore, if I click the On-line button (inside the mode section) I get an error message about initialization.
