Hi!
I'm using a java/jdbc application to connect to an Informix 7.24
server residing on a SunOs 5.5.1 machine.
Sometimes the connections don't get closed properly, and when I
try to reconnect I get the error-message
"SQLException: XIX000:-27000:Cannot support multiple connections
over shared memory."
Then I have to manually close the connection from the server-end to
get it running again.
My questions is this:
1) How should I do to get Informix to close a connection to a
client that is gone?
2) Can I get Informix in some way to support multiple connections?
regards
