Errors in online.log file (help)

I have an INFORMIX-OnLine database server that had been working normally for a long period of time. Today, some errors ocurred and left OnLine unrecoverable. What should I do?, I'm still working trying to find out what caused those problems. I will appreciate any comments or suggestions from people out there that have experienced something similar.
