Problem with select count(*) in 11.70

Anybody knows details about this APAR ? : IC89479: COUNT (*) VS ACTUAL SELECT * RETURNS DIFFERENT RESULTS I have a case where a select count(*) incorrectly displays 0 records. This problem occurs within a esql/c program in certain circumstances we could not establish. I think this is a bug in Informix 11.70 FC8W1. I have not been able to reproduce the case, but I suspect it has to do with the APAR. Anybody knows the details to reproduce the problem shown in the APAR IC89479? Thanks, Roger

APAR IC89479 has been fixed with 11.70.xC8. As this appears to be a different issue, I'd suggest you open a PMR. Even if it's currently not reproducable, support can check for other relevant APAR's at least.
